Student Visa Application Process
Get CAS Letter
Receive your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from your UK university after accepting your offer and paying the deposit.
Gather Documents
Collect all required documents including passport, financial proof, TB test certificate, English test scores, and academic transcripts.
Complete Online Application
Fill out the visa application form on the UK government website. Pay the visa fee (£558) and Immigration Health Surcharge (£776/year).
Book Biometrics
Schedule an appointment at a visa application centre to submit your fingerprints and photograph.
Attend Appointment
Visit the visa centre with your documents. Some applicants may be asked for an interview.
Wait for Decision
Standard processing takes 3-4 weeks. Priority (5-7 days) and Super Priority (next day) options available for additional fees.
