Do I need an appointment to visit an office?

No — walk-ins are welcome at both our Nadiad and Vallabh Vidyanagar offices during office hours (Mon–Sat 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sun by appointment). If you'd prefer a fixed slot, call or WhatsApp us first and we'll reserve one for you.

Is the first counselling session free?

Yes. Your first consultation is always free — a counsellor sits with you, understands your profile and goals, and maps out realistic options. There's no charge and no obligation to continue.

What are your office timings?

Both offices follow the same schedule: Mon–Sat 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sun by appointment. Office hours are India Standard Time.

Can I get counselling without visiting an office?

Yes — you can start on WhatsApp or a call. Share your questions over chat or phone and a counsellor will guide you from there; you can always visit a branch later when your documents need a closer look.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Documents like your marksheets, passport and any English-test scores are helpful if you have them — but none of it is mandatory for a first conversation. Come as you are, and we'll tell you exactly what to gather next.
