Australia Student Visa Consultants in Nadiad

Australia tightened its GTE assessment in 2024 — generic SOPs do not pass anymore. Our Nadiad office writes GTE statements that read like the actual student wrote them, because the actual student does write them with us.

Why Kheda district students pick our Nadiad branch for Australia

GTE statement written with you, not for you

Genuine Temporary Entrant is the make-or-break document. We sit with you for two drafting rounds and use your specific reasons — not a template that the visa officer has read 200 times this month.

CRICOS-only program shortlisting

Only CRICOS-registered providers can issue a CoE. We never apply to a non-CRICOS course by mistake — we have seen students lose money to that error elsewhere.

PTE Academic lab on site

Australia accepts PTE Academic widely and most Nadiad students prefer it over IELTS. Our PTE lab uses real headsets in a quiet room — microphone scoring is sensitive to background noise.

OSHC arranged through Bupa, Medibank or Allianz

Overseas Student Health Cover is mandatory for the visa length. We compare three providers on cost and coverage and lock the policy before visa filing.

Subclass 485 mapped from day one

Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) gives 2 to 4 years post-study work depending on qualification level. We pick programs that maximise this runway and feed regional points.

Alumni in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane

Our 2018-2024 Australia cohort spans 24 universities and TAFEs. Alumni mentor introduced before flight for housing, part-time work and Centrelink-Tax-File-Number basics.

What our Nadiad Australia desk handles end-to-end

University, TAFE and CoE

We focus on Group of Eight (Melbourne, Sydney, ANU, Monash, UNSW, UQ, UWA, Adelaide) for top profiles, and strong second-tier (Deakin, RMIT, La Trobe, Macquarie, UTS, Griffith, Swinburne, Wollongong) for the broader cohort. TAFE and private VET providers are filed for vocational pathways.

Once admitted you receive a CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) from the CRICOS-registered provider. CoE contains your provider code, course code, fees paid and start date. We verify the CoE matches the offer letter line by line before visa filing.

Visa fees and policy thresholds are reviewed annually by the Department of Home Affairs (the Subclass 500 fee is AUD 2,500 from 1 July 2026, up from AUD 710 in 2024; further increases possible). Confirm the current figures with our team before payment.

GTE statement — the centrepiece

The Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement asks: are you a real student with a genuine intent to study, and will you respect the temporary nature of the visa? Officers read GTE statements in volume and spot copy-paste templates inside two paragraphs.

Our GTE drafting is two rounds with the actual student. We anchor on your immediate past course and grades, your reason for choosing this specific Australian course over Indian alternatives, your funding plan, and your post-study intent — including honest discussion of Subclass 485 and any PR pathway you are aware of. Honesty about future plans, framed correctly, beats a fabricated 'I will return immediately' line.

English language requirements

Australia accepts IELTS Academic, PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT and Cambridge English. Most universities ask for IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0, or PTE Academic 58 with no section under 50. Some specific programs (nursing, teaching, law) demand higher.

Most Nadiad students pick PTE because of faster results and better speaking scoring for South Asian accents. We run PTE prep in our Nadiad PTE lab; IELTS is an option for students who already have an Academic score in hand.

Funds, OSHC and visa application

Subclass 500 financial requirement is approximately AUD 29,710 for 12 months of living expenses (2025-26 benchmark), plus first-year tuition, plus travel, plus dependants if any. Funds shown via FDs, savings, sanctioned education loan letter or sponsor evidence with their tax returns.

OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) is mandatory for the full visa length and must be arranged before visa lodgement. We compare Bupa, Medibank, Allianz and nib on cost and inclusions. Visa application is online through ImmiAccount; we file from our Nadiad office.

Subclass 485 and post-study planning

Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) gives 2 years post-study work for bachelor's, 3 years for a master's (coursework, extended or research), and 4 years for a doctoral degree (PhD). Regional study can add 1 to 2 extra years. Choosing a regional university (Deakin Geelong, La Trobe Bendigo, Wollongong, JCU, UNE) is a real PR play if you intend to settle.

After the 485, you can move to skilled migration through Subclass 189 (independent), 190 (state nominated) or 491 (regional). We map these from the day you pick the university so location and program choice serve your long-term plan.

Recent Australia outcomes from the Nadiad branch

5 out of 5 stars
I was rejected for Australia in 2023 by another consultant — GTE was generic. The Nadiad team rewrote my GTE around my actual nursing background and chosen course at La Trobe. Visa cleared in 5 weeks.

Subclass 500, La Trobe University, Master of Nursing, 2024

PTE 79 in 6 weeks at the Nadiad lab. RMIT MBA admit, GTE done with the team in two rounds, visa approved without any document request. Smooth.

Devang P., Mahudha

I picked Wollongong over UTS because the regional points improve my Subclass 491 chance later. The team mapped this from the start. Visa approved first attempt.
