1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://aeoc.in("Site") or any service provided by Apex Education & Overseas Consultant ("AEOC", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services Offered

AEOC provides the following services through this Site:

• Study-abroad counselling and university application assistance
• Student and visitor visa application guidance
• IELTS, PTE Academic, Duolingo English Test, and Spoken English coaching (online and in-person)
• Online coaching course access via our Learning Management System (LMS)
• SOP writing assistance, document preparation, and allied services

Use of these services may be subject to additional agreements, fee schedules, or enrolment contracts communicated at the time of engagement.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Permitted Use

You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about AEOC's services, submit consultation enquiries, and access enrolled course content.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without written permission from AEOC.
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malicious code, or unauthorised automated queries.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or association with AEOC when contacting us or universities.
• Use AEOC's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

4. Consultation Enquiries

Submitting a consultation form does not create a binding service agreement. AEOC will contact you to discuss your requirements; a formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written service agreement and payment of applicable fees.

Information provided in consultation enquiries (name, phone, email, study interests) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Course Enrolment & Payments

5.1 Fees

Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. AEOC reserves the right to revise fees at any time; changes do not affect existing paid enrolments.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. AEOC does not store card or bank account details.

5.3 Refund Policy

• LMS courses: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no course content has been accessed. No refund after content access or after 7 days.
• In-person coaching batches: Refund policy communicated at the time of batch registration.
• Visa / study-abroad services: Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, course material, practice tests, videos, logos, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to AEOC and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

LMS course content (lectures, question banks, study materials) is provided for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Sharing, screen-recording, or redistribution of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to university websites, government portals (UKVI, IRCC, etc.), and other third-party resources. These links are provided for convenience; AEOC does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for third-party content or services. Immigration policies, visa requirements, and scholarship conditions are set by external authorities and are subject to change without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AEOC provides visa and study-abroad guidance based on current regulations and our professional experience. However, visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, and AEOC cannot guarantee visa approval. Any statistics such as "97% visa success rate" reflect historical outcomes and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AEOC disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEOC's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AEOC in the 12 months preceding the claim. AEOC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including visa refusals, missed application deadlines, or university admission outcomes.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nadiad, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

AEOC may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
