New Zealand Student Visa Consultants in Nadiad

New Zealand is the cleaner cousin in the down-under choice — slower processing than Australia, but smaller class sizes and a sharper post-study work runway when you pick the right NZQF level. Our Nadiad office files NZ student visas with the calm patience the country itself rewards.

Why Kheda district students pick our Nadiad branch for New Zealand

NZQA-approved programs only

We never apply to a non-NZQA provider. The Post-Study Work visa is tied directly to the NZQF level of your program — wrong level, no PSW.

Funds proof done by the book

NZD 20,000 per year living expenses on top of tuition. We assemble FDs, sanctioned loan letter and sponsor evidence in the format Immigration NZ actually accepts.

SOP that addresses NZ-specific concerns

INZ officers ask why NZ over Australia or Canada. We anchor the answer on your real reasons — class size, specific lecturer, PR pathway in your field — not generic copy.

Feb and July intakes both filed

February is the major NZ intake. July is the second. We start 8 to 10 months before intake so IELTS, applications and the relatively slow visa processing all fit comfortably.

Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin

University of Auckland, Massey, Victoria University of Wellington, University of Canterbury, University of Otago, Lincoln, AUT. PG diploma at Whitecliffe, Toi Ohomai, Wintec for vocational pathways.

Alumni in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington

Smaller cohort than our Australia or Canada streams, but tight-knit. Alumni mentor introduced for housing leads, IRD number setup and bank account opening.

What our Nadiad New Zealand desk handles end-to-end

NZQA-approved provider shortlisting

NZQA (New Zealand Qualifications Authority) sets the regulatory framework. We focus on the eight universities (Auckland, Massey, Victoria, Canterbury, Otago, Lincoln, AUT, Waikato) and Te Pukenga (the unified national institute of skills and technology).

For diploma and bachelor pathways we use NZQF Level 7 minimum. For master's NZQF Level 9. Provider must be NZQA-approved and signed up to the Code of Practice for international students.

Visa fees and policy thresholds are reviewed periodically by Immigration New Zealand. Confirm the current figures with our team before any payment.

Offer letter, fees and IRN

Once admitted you receive an Offer of Place from the NZQA-approved provider. After paying the deposit you get a Receipt of Tuition Fees and an IRN (International Recipient Number). Both are required for the visa file.

We verify the offer letter line by line — provider code, NZQF level of program, course duration, tuition figure — before visa lodgement. Errors caught at this stage save 6 to 8 weeks later.

English requirements and IELTS plan

Bachelor's programs typically need IELTS 6.0 with no band below 5.5; master's need IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0. PTE Academic 50-58 is also accepted by most providers.

If your last band was 5.5 in any one section we run a focused 4 to 6 week IELTS booster at our Nadiad branch. Filing on a borderline score that depends on a sub-score waiver is risky — we prefer to retake.

Funds, insurance and visa application

Funds requirement is approximately NZD 20,000 per year for living expenses, plus first-year tuition, plus return travel. Funds via FDs, savings, sanctioned education loan or sponsor evidence.

Approved health and travel insurance is mandatory for the visa length. We compare provider options and lock the policy. Visa application is online through the INZ ImmiAccount; we file from our Nadiad office.

Post-Study Work visa and PR pathway

Post-Study Work visa lets you stay and work in New Zealand for up to 3 years matching your qualification length. NZQF Level 7-8 bachelor's gives 3 years if studied for 30+ weeks. Master's gives 3 years. Lower-level diplomas give 1 year if studied in a regional area.

After PSW, the Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa is the typical PR route — points-based on age, qualification, work experience and shortage-list occupation. We map this from program selection so the qualification you earn maximises your PR points.

Recent New Zealand outcomes from the Nadiad branch

5 out of 5 stars
I picked AUT over Auckland because the Master of Computer Science had a stronger industry tie-up. The team agreed and built the SOP around that. IELTS 6.5 in 5 weeks, visa approved in 8 weeks.

I am from a farming family in Kheda. The team helped me document agricultural land with a registered valuation alongside my parents' bank statements. INZ asked one clarification, which we answered, and visa came through.

Massey Manawatu campus for my Master of Veterinary Science. They mapped the regional points for SMC PR from day one — that was the reason I picked Massey over Auckland.
